Quick Update to the Threat Creation Table

So, back when I first put this up, I just wanted a quick resource on getting your first case up and running with as little prep as possible. Upon reviewing it, I realized I left out a very important detail: Weaknesses! I liked the idea of including motives for the Threats, but at the end of the day, some hint on how to stop them will probably serve game masters and players a little bit better! 

Anyway, be sure to grab the new version of Defense Engineers! It's just like the old one, except one column on one table has different information now
